West 4Q Revenues: $342.7 million (+7%) 4Q Earnings: $23.6 million (+12%) FY Revenues: $1.4 billion (+8%) FY Earnings: $112.3 (+39%) Comments: Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems (PPS) sales in the quarter were $241.5 million, up 6%. Standard packaging component sales grew 5% and high-value products grew 4%, excluding currency effects. Pharmaceutical Delivery Systems (PDS) sales were $101.8 million in the quarter, up 8%.
